1. Acceptance of Terms & Account Eligibility

By creating an account, making a purchase, downloading our APK/AAB mobile software, or browsing video catalogs on MiMi TV, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

If you are accessing the service on behalf of an entity or family household, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind all authorized users to these terms.

2. User Accounts & Credentials Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials (email address, password, and parental lock PINs). You agree not to sell, transfer, or share subscription access outside your personal household.

MiMi TV reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice if fraudulent registration, concurrent device limit violations, or automated scraping scripts are detected.

3. Digital Streaming License & Anti-Ripping Prohibitions

Subject to compliance with this Agreement, MiMi TV grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and view digital short dramas, web series, and movies via encrypted HTTP byte streams for personal non-commercial entertainment.

4. Subscriptions, Pricing & Automatic Renewals

MiMi TV provides Monthly and Annual VIP Pass subscription tiers. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring automatic billing cycle using your stored payment method.

• Automatic Renewal: Your VIP Pass will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you disable automatic renewal at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date.
• Price Modifications: MiMi TV reserves the right to modify subscription pricing. Any price changes will be communicated to your registered email address at least 30 days in advance.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your VIP Subscription Pass at any time through your Account Settings. Upon cancellation, your VIP streaming access will remain available until the conclusion of your current prepaid billing period.

Refund Terms: Payments for VIP passes, pay-per-view unlock coins, and annual plans are final and non-refundable, except where statutory mandatory refund rights apply under local consumer protection legislation.

6. Intellectual Property Rights & Ownership

All short dramas, original web series, video files, audio tracks, graphics, UI assets, logos, and trademarks displayed on MiMi TV are the exclusive property of or its content licensing partners. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

7. DMCA Copyright Infringement Takedown Policy

MiMi TV respects intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed upon our platform, please submit a written DMCA Takedown Notice to our Designated Copyright Agent containing:

1. Electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. Exact URL link or video ID location of the allegedly infringing material on mimitv.fun.
4. Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email address).

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

MiMi TV services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not guarantee that video streaming will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every browser extension or network proxy configuration.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues resulting from your inability to access video streams or unauthorized access to account credentials.
